Individual Sessions

$150 per session.
Group Sessions
Group sessions support people to break old habits, change their behaviour and make safe choices. This service helps people adhere to Court, Corrections & Child Protection Orders. Men explore respectful communication, anger, anxiety, stress and coping strategies to keep them and their families safe. The sessions are conducted on demand depending on numbers. Start straight away. $50 per session.
Couples Sessions
Things not going well? Is there a power imbalance? If you’re arguing more often than not and you can’t resolve your differences, maybe it’s time to get help. Are there power and control issues? Before you rush into anything, ask yourself these questions; What is the problem? How do I feel? How does my significant other feel? What do I want to happen? Duration up to two hours. Online only.
$150 per session.
Anger Management
Anger is normal. It’s like being happy or sad but sometimes disappointment, stress, negative thoughts and triggers become overwhelming so we need help. Counselling will present you with other perspectives. It will assist you to better deal with difficulty. Consists of three 1-hour sessions, short course.
$450 Flexible session times by appointment.
Post Separation Counselling
After separation can be a difficult time for everyone especially children who may experience a range of emotions. Working through conflict is never easy and after separation is a particularly trying time.
This counselling is for people who want to be the best parents they can be for their children.

Hello my name is Frank Halabi. I am a Professional Family Violence Counsellor, Mediator and Behaviour Change Group Facilitator. My work is via a safety-first lens. I am founder of City Mediation Services and the Speak-Up Behaviour Change Group. I encourage people to be accountable, take responsibility and make the changes necessary to support everyone’s safety. My Expertise
I am a member of peak body No to Violence (NTV) and Men’s Referral Service (MRS) where I worked as a Telephone Counsellor for many Years. My experience includes working in five different Magistrates’ Court in Victoria. I’ve worked in Family Violence Programs at Relationships Australia and Anglicare Victoria before starting my own practice.
